He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Marshall Nay and Anna Nay; wife: Shirley Nay; children: Sherry Lynn Nay, Terry Ann Jacobs (Tom), Gerald Eugene Nay, and Larry Marshall Nay (Sharon); siblings: Rusty Nay (Phyllis), Donald Nay, and Mary Peterson (Richard); brothers-in-law: Glen Barber; sisters-in-law: Pat Barber and Mary Barber; grandchildren: Bill Jacobs (Shavonne), Joshua Jacobs, and Kara Thompson (Dakota); daughter by marriage: Sharon Nay; other: 6 great grandchildren, Richard Barber, Micheal Petterson, and Leonard Karwacki; and many friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hayden Congregational Church (202 E Jefferson Ave, Hayden, CO 81639).
