He is survived by: his wife Carolee Berndt; his daughters, Lisa Lansing (Matthew) and Carisa Smith (Bryan); his grandchildren, Amanda, Marcus, Waylon and Kinsley; his brother Richard Berndt (Rosemary Jones); his nephews, James Berndt (Carrie) and David Berndt (Tonia); his sister-in-law Phyllis Larson Heckler; and his cousin Frederick Faxvog (Julie).
