He was loved and cherished by many people including: his partner Ediann Wexler; his children, Amy Somers (Alex) and Jeff Somers (Megan); his partner's daughter Hannah Katz (Jacob Hjelmaas); his parents, Bernard J. Somers and Betty Somers; his siblings, Stuart Somers, Bruce Somers and Sandra; his grandchildren, Anna, Wesley and Miriam; his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Matt) and Rebeccah (Andrew); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddie and Max.
