She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Flaherty and Eileen O'Flaherty; and her siblings, Mary Ellen and Matthew. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Margaret (Alex) and Caroline (Tim) of Jim's Air Force; her grandchildren, Jack, Kate, Amelia and Duke; her siblings, Maureen (Craig), Michael (Trish), Stephen (Lori) and Patrick (Amy); and her nieces and nephews, Amanda, Caitlin, Kate, Erin, Darrah, Julia, Kelly, Tori, Mark, Zachary, Keith, Kyle and Shelton.
