He is survived by : his significant other Annette Fernandez; his siblings, Mark Machut (Cindy) of Luxemburg, WI, Margery Hintzke (Bob) of Franklin, WI and Marlene Machut of Kewaunee, WI; his son Hao (Thao); his granddaughter Sophia; and his stepdaughter Nichole.
