She was predeceased by: her husband James Brown (Spacey); her parents, Clarence Kroeger and Shirley Kroeger (Clarence Kroeger); and her siblings, Lenny Vernon and Becky Peterson.
She is survived by: her family Peggy; her siblings, Sheri (Tommy Bornhoft), Lona (Dave Salyards), Sandy (Nick Saylor), Rodney Vernon (Sharon) and Jerry Kroeger; her brother-in-law Randy Peterson; her siblings' children, Lonny Vernon (Julie), Randy Peterson, Jr., Andrew Peterson, Dalton (Rylie Salyards), Dillon (Jessie Salyards), Danny Vernon, Jennifer Vernon, Candie (Cole Fix), Lena (Dustin Harris), Kylee (Ben DeTurk), Jerica (Andy Schon) and Katlin (Leighton Fetzer); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason Vernon, Brantley Schon, Braydon Harris, Kyler Bishop, Kipton Salyards, Maddox Fetzer, Joel Bencomo, Angel Marquez, Isaac Elmquist, Morgann Vernon, Haylie Carpenter, Kortlyn Carpenter, Jaxy Fix, Ashton Schon, Brittyn Salyards, Oakley Bishop, Breanna Harris, Baileigh Harris and Jaidah Elmquist.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset View Community Center (725s S Bowman Ave, Holyoke, CO 80734).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lona Salyards or Sheri Bornhoft to assist with burial expenses.
