He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Schlachter and LaRue Schlachter; and his granddaughter Marie Schlachter. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Price (Glendon) and Lucas Schlachter (Shannon); his grandchildren, Gavin, Morgan Price, Josephine, Sarah and Evangeline Schlachter; and his siblings, Perry Schlachter (Lois), Peggy Pepmiller (Rick) and Norman Schlachter (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lutheran Hour Ministries.
