We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 83, Owen Ray Johnson of Hotchkiss, Colorado passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Owen Ray Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ethel Irene (Nelms) and Elmer Boyd Johnson; his brother Darrel Johnson; his former life partner L'Jeanne Johnson; his wife Wilma Johnson; his stepson Brian; and his grandson Evan Johnson.

He is survived by : his former life partner L'Jeanne Hixson; his children, Boyd Johnson (Connie) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Darrel Johnson of Hotchkiss, CO, Dell Johnson (Lynette) of Delta, CO and Diane Bursack (Jason) of Fargo, ND; and his sisters, LaNora Palmateer of Bartley, NE and Elda Shields (Harley) of McCook, NE. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can made in his name to Gideon's International.
