He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lofdahl and Rachel Lofdahl (Cooper). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Thomas of Karval; and his sons, Joe Mayo (Brenda) of Haswell, Greg Mayo (Cindy) of Timnath and John Lofdahl (Cindy) of Kearney, NE. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
