She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donald Garvin and Merle Winifred Newsum. She is survived by: her husband Edward "Scott" Utz; her children, Scott Utz (Sandy) and Shannon Harris (Rich); and her siblings, Bill Garvin (Pam), Albert Garvin (Kathy), Mike Newsum (Luann), Barbara Thompson (Paul), Phillip Garvin (Renee) and Patty Karpowicz. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
