He was predeceased by: his parents, George Neal and Mary Blanche Palser; his wife Carolyn Fightmaster; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Linda; his brother Robert (Bonnie); and his nephew Harvey Jencks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy and Barbara Petty (Terry); his grandchildren, Beth Wells (Joshua), Tami Lambertson (Tyson), Scott Palser (Allison), Jana McCroden (Michael), Tara Petty and Tyler Petty (Laura); and his nephews, Jerry, Leonard and Rodney Palser. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Foursquare Church of Akron (901 E 1st St, Akron, CO 80720). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the BIG Springs Cemetery (110 W Fork Rd, Big Springs, NE 69122).
