He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Bieber and Marie Bieber (Moore); his wife Alta Christine Dickinsen; and his siblings, Dixie Grasz, Shirley Bieber and Fredrick Bieber.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Bieber (Lori Shino) of Sterling, CO and Debbey Coleman (Gregory) of Charlottesville, Virginia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Kenneth's memory for later designation.
