He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Lorena Ellicott, Lewis and Viola Hinkle; his siblings, Jacqueline Ellicott and Justin Ellicott; and his son Tyler Ellicott.

He is survived by: his parents, George Ellicott and Dorothy Ellicott (Hinkle); his wife Tami Jepsen; his son Matt (Sara); his grandchildren, Jayden, Kade and Alyssa; his sister-in-law Ivy Ellicott; his nieces, Summer Owen (Dustin) and Allison Lawless (Shane); his nephew TJ Ellicott (Erica); and his pet Boo. He is also survived by great-niece and great-nephews; special friends.
