He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Vance (Elissa), Christopher Vance (Jessica), Denise Tollenaar, Melissa Milner (Brad), Pamela Sinclair (Joshua) and Amber Burnett (Ben); his siblings, Kathy Larimore (Jim), Sam Vance (Debra) and Randy Vance (Laura); and his brother-in-law Al Livingstone. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
