He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blair and Thelma Blair (Baker) of La Junta; and his daughter Amy Blair. He is survived by: his wife Jan Blair; his children, Jay Blair (Sheree) of Emporia, Kansas, Bobby Blair (Lori) of Rawlins, Wyoming and Kelly Addington (Gary Jr.) of La Junta, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Tate Blair, Brooke Hollingshead (James), Megan Coufal (Tommy), Lauren Addington, Tyler Addington and Reece Addington; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Faith Hollingshead, Easton and Logan Coufal.

A proud La Juntan through and through, Bob's contributions to his community were countless, and the personal accolades he achieved over a lifetime of service were matched only by the deep affection with which he was regarded.
