He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Stevens (Sharp) of North Henderson, Illinois; his son Logan Stevens of North Henderson, Illinois; his brother Justin Stevens of La Junta, Colorado; his half-sister Shanda Perez of Jeneso; his grandmother Lillian Richardson; his uncle John (Faye); his sibling's children, Adam Perez of Illinois, Aaron Davis-Stevens, Dillion Castenedena and Alysia Perez of Illinois; and his great-nephew Emyrs Stevens.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (402 Potter Dr, La Junta, CO 81050).
