She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert I. Riggs and Florence M. Riggs; and her siblings, Thomas L. Riggs, Donald T. Riggs, Elizabeth Gutch (Charley), Ruth Morrison (Carl) and Roberta Snyder (George).

She is survived by : her children, Mary L. Fulton (Steve Beale) of Boulder, CO, William R. Fulton (Katy) of Tracyton, WA, Thomas B. Fulton (Lora) of Broomfield, CO and Elizabeth A. Lopez (Samuel) of Swink, CO; and her grandchildren, Guy Fulton, Anselma Lopez, Chad Fulton, Elena Kinnear, Noah Fulton-Beale, Will Fulton, Ben Fulton, David Fulton-Beale and Nate Fulton.
