He was predeceased by: his son Thadeus Horner. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Marie Horner and Patricia Jernberg La (Keith Jernberg); his daughter Leesa Horner Denver of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Abel, Aven Horner Loveland Briella of Colorado, Aliciana and Kingsley of Loveland Colorado.
