With sadness, we share the passing of Lois Evelyn Freidenberger (La Junta, Colorado). Lois, born on June 10, 1930, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ridennoure and Etha Lynn Ridennoure (Taylor); her siblings, Ben, Lawrence, Ted, Jerry Ridennoure, Betty Jo Hart, Ruby Marshall and Patricia Bataglia; and her children, Ronald, Duane and Doris Stjernholm.
She is survived by: her sons, Darwin Lee Stjernholm (Kathleen Peters) of Cheraw, Colorado, Robert Stjernholm (Ali Chambers) of Lakewood, Colorado and Dean Stjernholm (Paula Stjernholm) of Dillon, Colorado.; and her grandchildren, Samuel Stjernholm of Lakewood, Colorado and Francie Jones of Perth, Australia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Church of God (901 Carson Ave, La Junta, CO 81050). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Higbee Cemetery.
