He is survived by : his parents, Nick, Sr. Jimenez and Mildred Jimenez (Perez); his wife Cindy Jimenez (Anderson); his cousin Ed Tabares, Sr. (Nick); his sons, Nick III Jimenez (Vennessia) of Strasburg, CO and Quentin Jimenez (Katrina) of Northglenn, CO; his grandchildren, Nicholas Jimenez IV, Violet Jimenez and Oliver Jimenez; his siblings, Lucille Fresquez (Eli) of Santa Fe, NM, Carolyn Chavez (Bob) of Henderson, CO and Michael Jimenez of Las Animas, CO; his nieces and nephews, Kristy Embly (David), Leah Villegas (Yahin), Eil Fresquez (Valerie), David Fresquez, Robert Ward (Tanya), James Ward (John), Colin Anderson and Bobby Chavez (Maxine); his siblings-in-law, Cecil Anderson and Pat Robbins (Jim); his cousin Robert Tabares "Tbar"; and also Cindy Jimenez.

In lieu of flowers donations in Nick's name can be made to the Joni Fair Hospice House in Pueblo, CO or the organization of your choice.

“Cindy and Boys, I'm so Sorry to hear about Nicks passing. Nick was a great guy, and I enjoyed our time we had working together at the Sheriff's Office. He was one person that I knew that I could count on and depend on when I needed it. Even after we went our separate ways, I knew when we would see each other, we would always give our hugs and talk about the good times. Judy and I send our Love to all of you.
