He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ballard and Fronzo Ballard (Trantham); and his siblings, Jim Ballard and Evelyn Fisher. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Jeanne) and Eric (Emily); his grandsons, Dan, Doug, Raylen and Lincoln; his son Dean; his grandchildren, Misti and Franklin; his sister-in-law Nancye Ballard; his nieces, Rosalind and Natalie (Mateo); his great-nephew Desmond; and his sibling's children, La Netta, Sandie and Randy. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
