He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Karney; his children, Rhonda Johannes (Doug) of Arvada, CO, Patrick Karney (Robin) of Las Animas, CO, Kevin Karney (Verleen) of La Junta, CO and Lisa Karney (Doug Tressler) of Lawrence, KS; his grandchild Kelsey Schweizer (Andy) of La Junta, CO; and his children, Seth Johannes (Erin) of Broomfield, CO, Tyler Karney (Kashley) of Ordway, CO, Ashley Grasser (Terry) of Las Animas, CO, Erin Spaur (Joe) of Johnstown, CO, Bo Karney (Abbie) of Branson, CO, Katelyn Luckett (Cade) of Idalou, TX and Aislyn Hatch (Keaton) of Canyon, TX. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
