He is survived by: his daughter Jill Schaefer; his brothers, Jimmy Schaefer and Russel Schaefer; his grandchildren, Abbygail Schaefer and William Schaefer; and his daughter-in-law Julie Fagerberg.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Adamson Life Celebration Home (2000 47th Ave, Greeley, CO 80634).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pathways Hospice.
