He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ortega and Mary Ortega; and his grandsons, Mark Randall and John Martin Teal. He is survived by: his wife Pearl; his children, Judith (Mark Teal), Jill, Nicholas and Jodi (Lance Stewart); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Danielle, Emily and Matthew.
