It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Benjamin Rubio of Lakewood, Colorado, born in Las Vegas, New Mexico, who passed away on March 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Rubio and Regina Rubio; his sister Grace Whitemon; and his nephew Danny Rubio. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorraine (Gerardo Pacheco), Regina Rubio and Georgia (Patricio Pacheco); his siblings, MaryAnne (John Apodaca) and Henry Rubio; and his grandchildren, Monique Lefthandbull, Gerrardo Pacheco Jr., Manuel Ruiz, Tiffany Abeyta, Dinelle Ruiz, Justine Ruiz, Edward Abeyta III and Gabriella Abeyta. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
