She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Smith and Floyd Smith; and her brother Stanley Smith. She is survived by: her husband Howard Girard; and her sons, James, William and Gary Girard. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
