He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Raymond Lovejoy and Gloria Cavender Lovejoy of Flandreau; his stepdaughter Heather McCabe; and his brothers, Michael and Fred Lovejoy.
He is survived by: his former wife Nellie Lovejoy; his stepchildren, Deborah, Sharon, Karen, Marilyn McCabe, Yvette Eagle, Denise Miles and Henry McCabe, Jr.; and his brother R. John Lovejoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (22882 SD-13, Flandreau, SD 57028).
