She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sabell and Melvina Simpson Sabell; and her sons, Gilbert, Frank and Mark.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie, James, Diane (Angelo Rameriez), Jay, MaryAnn and Brian; her grandchildren, Jayden, James Jr. and Jayiah Marie; and her great grandchild Sophia.
