He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Olinger and Vida Olinger; and his siblings, Ralph, Herman, Nancy, Louise and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Lisa Morris; his brother Elmer; his daughter Lori; and also Bill. He is also survived by five grandkids, numerous great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Bill spent the last couple years in an assisted living facility where his great personality shined as he would often play checkers and dominos with the other residents that had Parkinson's, to help them pass their time.
