She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Fleming and Lena Mae Fleming (Glidewell); her daughter Cynthia Ann; her husband Robert Thomas of Scooba; and her brother William.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky; her son-in-law Jerry Levesque of Castle Rock, Colorado; her grandsons, Christopher of Lakewood, Stephen of Johnson City and Eric of Castle Rock, Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Madison and Gavin.
Memorial donations in Jo's name should be made in the form of a service or other remembrance at place of worship.
