He was predeceased by: his brother Chris; and his grandparents, Jim, Arlein Adams, Glenn and LolaMae Blevins.
He is survived by: his brother Robert; his parents, Jim and Barbara; and his cousins, Andrew Martin, Michelle Klocker and Jamie Leeburg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was a kind and caring person and would be honored to have a donation made in his name. In lieu of flowers, those who wish are encouraged to make a donation to the American Heart Association or some other organization of your choice.
