He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelino Salinas and Rose Vazquez; and his siblings, Jose Concepcion Salinas and Gloria Guel. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Lucero; his stepchildren, Joe Lucero, Lawrence Aragon and Kelly Lucero; and his siblings, Jose Santos Salinas, Jose Antonio Salinas, Raymundo Salinas, Margarita Cardenas, Maria Antonia Venegas, Francisca Martinez and Verenice Parra. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
