It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Jacques (Lakewood, Colorado), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Tom and Eileen; her parents, John Henry and Adelaide McCoy Reagan; and her stepmother Lorene Reagan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Laws (Jon), Mike Reagan and Kathy Griffin; and her children, Kim (Dan), Ken (Chris), Karen and Kevin (Kathy). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
