He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harold Eggleston and Alyce Lucille Eggleston (McGill); his wife Marjorie Hanners; his sister Eileen (Marjorie); and his son Kevin.
He is survived by: his sister Helen; his sons, Steven and Brian (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Katie and Jessica.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Southwest Community Church (4001 S Wadsworth Blvd, Littleton, CO 80123).
