He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol; and his sister Patsy Nunley. He is survived by: his wife Sharyl; his children, Lynn Fortenberry of Azle, Lisa Goode of Azle and Bryan of South Lake, TX.; and his stepchildren, Karin Gallo of Marietta, GA, Howard and Michael Johnson.
