He is survived by: his wife Michele Thaler Ponicsan; his children, Steven (Heather), Eric (Rebecca) and Tanya Vance (Jesse); his brothers, Robert (Lynda), Paul and David (Blessing); his grandchildren, Oscar and Thalassa; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Murphy (Dan) and Stan Massey; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Melissa P, Josiah, Matt, Monica, Melissa C, Sean and Brian; and his great-nieces, Keira and Viviana.
