He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Kauvar and Jack Kauvar; and his sister Sharon Turner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kauvar; his children, Pam Kauvar (Theresa Blue), Stephen Kauvar (Julie), Kari Wells (Pat) and Lauren Kauvar; and his grandchildren, Samantha Dozal (Rudy), Sasha, Taylor, Brandon Kauvar, Erik and Cameron Wells.
