He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lyle and Peggy Fern Owen (Monk); his wife Linda Kay Owen; and his brother Bruce Wayne Owen. He is survived by: his children, Jay Owen (Jeanie) of Powell, Shannon Owen (Leala) of Lamar, CO, Brett Owen of Goodland, KS and Crystal Marksberry (Billy Joe) of Utica, KY; his grandchildren, Kylee Owen, Lejend Wilborn (Nathan) and Elizabeth Bland (Cody); his siblings, Brock Lyle Owen (Becky) of Lamar, CO and Betty Jo Claybrook of Savanah, GA; his sister-in-law Marilyn Owen of Lamar, CO; and his cousin Debbie Ellison of Eads, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children Hospital either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
