We are sad to announce that, on November 21, 2025, at the age of 94, Dorothy Hall of Lamar, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Vernon and Maggie Bell Marriott (Ausmus); her husband Sam; her daughter Karen; her siblings, Don Marriott, Larry Marriott and Joyce Grice; and her great grandchild Tommy.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Myers (Bill) of Lamar, Samuel Hall (Misty) of Oklahoma and Michael Hall of Lamar; her son-in-law Don Kier of Missouri; her sister-in-law Shirley Marriott of Lamar; and her grandchildren, Dustin Myers of California, Cody Myers (Ashlei) of Oklahoma, Jessie Hall (Boaz), Aiden Hall of Oklahoma, Heidi Scheidler (Stefan) of Arkansas, Jacob Kier (Vicki) of Kansas, Crista Yianakopulos of Lamar, Jenny Branchcomb (James) of Montrose, CO and Amanda Dietrich (Nathan) of Kansas. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Elks Lodge Transportation Program to assist Veteran's with transportation costs either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
