She was predeceased by: her father Carlos Chavira; her husband Frank Andrade; her daughter Pamela Andrade; her mother Maria P. Chavira (Perez); and her siblings, Consuelo Melgosa, Carmen Andrade, Rachel Martinez and Sam Chavira.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Belmudez (Richard) of Aurora, CO, Kathy Ramirez (Ben) of Lamar, CO, Frank Andrade, Jr. (Phyllis) of Aurora, CO and Patricia "Pat" Cook (Scott) of Pueblo, CO. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice and/or St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
