He was predeceased by: his parent Judd D. Burnett; his wife Mary Bea Burnett (Moyer); his mother Nancy Burnett (Ashcraft); and his siblings, Marjory Ann Meador and Dairl Judd Burnett.
He is survived by: his children, Miriam Anna Burnett of Denver, Micah Andrew Burnett of Lamar and Aaron Walter Burnett (Yadeira) of Hockessin, Delaware; his granddaughter Gwendolyn Jade Burnett (Christian) of Lamar; and his sisters, Arlene Lamb of Aurora and O'Nita Kay Burnett of Denver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
