With solemn reverence, we commemorate George Hainer of Lamar, Colorado, whose life came to an end on December 15, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Monroe and Zetta "Pearl" Hainer (Root); his sisters, Jean Rehm and Brenda Osborn; and his niece Melissa Auter.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Tyler Hainer (Brandi) of Eads and Jerica Hainer of Lamar; his grandchildren, Braelynn Rose, Garrett William, Colt Leo and Lacie Shaye; and his siblings, Doris Conner of Lamar, CO, Boyce Kelly (Lucille) of Wiley, CO and Betty Auter of Ft. Payne, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lamar Area Hospice, Alta Vista Charter School and/or Kiowa County Museum either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
