DeForest (Lamar, Colorado), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Alfred and Wanda June DeForest (Kerr). He is survived by: his wife Connie DeForest; his son C. W. DeForest (Bernadette); his grandchildren, Colton, Wesson and Owen of Bristol, CO; his son Daniel DeForest (Tara); his grandchildren, Logan and Jessie of Lamar, CO; his son Buck DeForest (Emma); his grandchildren, Ralei, Cole, Mason, Elaine and Wade of Bristol; and his close friend Kaye Kasza (Joe) of McClave, CO.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice and/or John DeForest Memorial fund either direct at the Community State Bank or in care of the funeral home office.
