With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John R. Stulp Jr. of Lamar, Colorado, born in Yuma, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stulp and Nina Stulp Sr. (Dunafon); his brothers, D. V. Stulp and Tim Stulp; his parents-in-law, Howard and Mary Ragsdale; and his brother-in-law Bob Ragsdale.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Stulp; his children, John Stulp, III (Lyndsey) of Fort Collins, CO, Janea Bhalla (Sunit) of Fort Collins, CO, Jason Stulp (Megan) of Fruit Heights, UT, Jeremy Stulp (Christi) of Granada, CO and Jensen Stulp (Annessa) of Lamar, CO; his grandsons, Jackson, Cooper and Eli Stulp; his children, Brady, Kaitlyn, Tyson Bhalla, Ethan, Nathan, Addison Stulp, Mark, Brynn Stulp, Zeke, Trenton and Anneston Stulp; his sisters, Clydette DeGroot (Charles) of Cabris, France and Patty Stulp of Denver, CO; his aunt Leta Smith of Joes, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Ragsdale of Santa Clarita, CA, John Ragsdale of Santa Clarita, CA, David Ragsdale of Fort Collins, CO, Cindy Stulp of Yuma, CO, Renel Ragsdale of Santa Clarita, CA, Judy Barham (Gary) of Halfway, MO and Jean Ragsdale of Bolivar, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Lamar First Baptist Church (1600 S Main St, Lamar, CO 81052).
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial contributions to be made to the First Baptist Church either direct online at https://tithe.ly. or in person at the church or the funeral home office.
