Kenneth D. Callison Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Kenneth D. Callison of Lamar, Colorado. Kenneth, born on August 26, 1942 in Ellsworth, Kansas, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Callison and Grace Callison (Wortman); his siblings, Barbara Callison and Andrew Callison; and his uncle Edward Callison.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Callison; his son Jeffery Callison (Christine) of Fairbanks, AK.; his grandchildren, Hunter Callison of Lamar, CO and Teagan Callison of Fairbanks, AK; and his daughter-in-law Tia Christie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peacock Family Chapel (209 S 4th St, Lamar, CO 81052). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1600 S Main St, Lamar, CO 81052).
Memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church either direct at 1600 S Main St, Lamar, CO 81052 or in care of the Peacock Funeral Home.
