He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carl and Nancy Louise Page (Ratzlaff); and his brothers, Mark and Steve Page. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Page; his children, Sara Lynn Page of Denver, CO, Dustin McMillan (Rochelle) of Granada, CO, Amber McMillan of Lamar, CO and Clara McMillan of Lamar, CO; and his sister Roxie Page of Lamar, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
