He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Palmer and Elizabeth Palmer (Kunkle); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Dorothy Clark (Nancy Ruth Palmer); and his brother Peter H. Palmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Keri Palmer and Kristin Musser (Robert); his grandsons, Georic Musser (Miranda) and Ryan Musser; his siblings-in-law, Floy Williams, Sue Sniff (Ken) and Glen Clark (Fran); his nephews, Russell Clark (Jill), Grant Clark (Ellen), Eric Clark (Lisette), Doug Clark (Chris), Peter D. Palmer (Rachel), Scott Sniff, Craig Sniff (Kim), Mark Sniff (Stacie), Tim Williams (Michelle) and Kyle Williams (Julie); and his niece Lisa Solon (Regi).
