He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Leonard Creamer, Sr. and Sybil Evelyn Atkinson Creamer; his siblings, Carolyn Craven and Jim Creamer; his brother-in-law Arnet Craven; his niece Janelle; and his nephew Scott.

He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Sue; his sisters, Vicky, Cindy and Tammy; his former spouse Shirley Harmon of Lamar; his wife Shirl Creamer of Hugoton Kansas; his daughters, Vicky Smith (Randy) of Springfield, Cindy Peterson of Lubbock, TX and Tammy Smith (Bob) of Morse, Texas.; and his stepchildren, Greg, Tonda Duncan of Goodland, Chris, Peg Duncan of Hooker, Valerie, Mike Hershey of Hugoton, Kip Duncan of Clifton, Jana and Dan Chattos of Edmond, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and over 30 Great Grandchildren, as well as three nieces and one nephew.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pioneer Manor in Hugoton, Kansas either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
