He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer "Del" Hamilton and Melba Hamilton; and his siblings, Lavern and Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Isabel Hamilton; his daughters, Rita Dorward (Alan) of Shreveport and Lori Dumler (Steve) of Castle Rock, Colorado; his granddaughters, Holly Dorward (Christian Hall) of Shreveport and Heidi Seba; his stepgrandchildren, Alexandria Quackenbush (Brian) of New Braunfels, Ashley Dumler of New Braunfels and Anthoney Dumler (Amanda) of Palm Bay, Florida; and his sister Nadine McKissick of Lyndon, Kansas. He is also survived by five step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dale's memory to Epiphany Lutheran Church in Castle Rock, Colorado.
