Though Eldon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eldon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Schmitt and Esther Schmitt; and his wives, Fredericka (Zabel) and Janice (Cameron). He is survived by: his close friend Diane; his daughter Linda; his sister Melva; and his stepchildren, Zach, Jeff and Kelli. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
